Returns & Exchanges

At Havoc, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you dominate the field, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and include the packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
